Common Facilities/ Rules

  1. Transport for Official work

  3. Property Loan ( 60 X Basic Salary – Interest rate is 10% per Annum) – Only for permanent Staf
  4. Vehicle Laon ( 60 X Basic Salary – Interest rate is 10% per Annum) – Only for permanent Staf
  5. Maternity Leave Paid: 3 Months of Basic Salary + 3 Months with Half of the Basic Salary
  6. Bonus: 5% from total profit annually divided to total Staff – This Include to all the permanent staff equally ( from that 2.5% as shares, 2.5% as cash gift)
  7. SBF( Staff Benovaral fund) –  As per staff community decision
  8. Annual Salary Increment 5% from the basic salary
  9. Maximum in one position – 3 years not applied to top management
  10. All are Employed to HK company
  11. EPF/ETF Based on the standard Decided by the HR Recommended using SBF instead of EPF / ETF
